"Cristo Vive" invites you

The great hardships, the deep suffering and the numerous different problems of the people that approach our personnel every day, expecting solidarity, compassion and generous help, bluntly show us the limits of our possibilities time and again. We often lack financial sources and more "input" of qualified volunteers, such as voluntary contributions of skilled manuals/personnel in fields like health care, child- and manual-apprentice-education, as well as social- and other services for the poor.

It may be, for some, hard to understand that the "Fundación Cristo Vive" is carried by the faith in our Lord and is based on the support of many women and men with a good will. To attend the enormous hardships that we face day by day we neither have sufficient regular incomes nor financial safety. Our only backup is the strong belief in God´s anticipation.

Every day we are struck by the call to stand up to new challenges. The many juvenile drug-addicts require special attention at the moment. That is why we decided to found a new center for treatment and rehabilitation of young people with drug-problems. In spite of us neither having properly prepared personnel nor the necessary financial means, we are trusting in the probability/trustful to find supporters for this plan.

In addition, the spirit of God has been urging us for a couple of years now to open our hearts to the poor of our neighboring country Bolivia and to bring to them the "Good News" of His love. This service has already begun yet we are still in need of many hearts and hands!

CRISTO VIVE invites everybody, who can feel the desire in him/her, to join this adventure and to live in solidarity with our sisters and brothers on the edge of society. We believe that God´s empire is among us and we can all contribute to building it. With all our joined forces we want to ... the seed of love, call forth hope and serve with joy.
