How We Do It

We develop our services thanks to:

• A team of directing, professional, technical, administrative, and service personnel composed of 300 hired people, motivated principally by their calling to serve.

• An active group of volunteers composed of more than 100 people of different skill levels, from distinct social sectors, Chileans, foreigners, professionals, and poor residents of the areas in which we work.

• Public financing that partially covers our operational costs, channeled through various governmental agencies.

• Contributions from governments, institutions, and foreigners, especially Europeans. These contributions have financed the investment in infrastructure and equipment.

• Contributions and donations from institutions and Chileans, more and more necessary due to the diminishing foreign contributions.
